We know that many of our customers are managing highly sensitive applications and for that reason, Quantum Cryogenics customer service centre operates a 24/7 support facility, to give our customers true peace of mind. Any time of day or night, our customers can phone or email and an engineer will respond to provide telephone support within a short period.

Service & Calibration Contracts

Maintenance contracts include an annual service/calibration visit, full telephone support during working hours and a maximum three working day standard response time to site (reduced to 24 hours for any critical failure). This includes a complete electronic system check, confirmation that alarm points are exact, use of certified test gases and a formal calibration certificate. This provides your organisation with independent certification to show due diligence.
