Quantum has a number of full time service engineers to allow us to meet all your installation and servicing needs.
We offer the following services:
System Design
Installation
Service & Maintenance (tailored to your needs, 5 day(Silver) or 7 day(Gold) contracts)
Calibration
System Health Checks

How do I get my equipment serviced or calibrated?
Ans:
According to the type of equipment you have, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the equipment concerned wherever possible.  If the equipment was manufactured by Quantum Production we recommend the following process:
Wall mounted monitor/ancillary equipment - Best carried out on site by a visit from a Quantum Engineer.
Portable monitor - Return to Quantum Production for calibration and service.
Personal monitor - Return to Quantum Production for calibration and service.

What replacement parts are needed for Quantum Oxygen Monitors?

We offer a range of oxygen equipment and have listed the most recent units only. If your system does not appear in this list please contact us with details of the product name and serial number.
